Aufgaben

• Planning of the Environmental approvals to meet the companys requirements on time.
• Track upcoming projects and their legal requirements under Environment rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, architect team, and MEP Team for data for Environmental clearance, CRZ clearance.
• Liaise with The Environment Department Govt. of Maharashtra and MPCB and Maharashtra coastal zone authority.
• Obtain Consent to Establish & Operate from MPCB and ensure EC & consent conditions compliance with site teams.
• Coordinate with MPCB officials for site visits required for CTE & CTO.
• Submit Environment Statement (Form V) to MPCB and attend MPCB site visits as needed.

Responsibilities :

• 1. Planning of the Environmental approvals in order to get in time as per the companys requirements.
• 2. To keep up a track on upcoming projects and their legal requirements with respect to Environment rules and regulations.
• 3. Planning of the approvals in order to get in time as per the companys requirements.
• 4. Coordination with the consultants, architect team, MEP Team for obtaining required data for Environmental clearance, CRZ Clearance.
• 5. Liaising with The Environment Department Govt. of Maharashtra and Maharashtra Pollution Control Board and Maharashtra coastal zone management authority.
• 6. To obtain consent to Establish & Operate from Maharashtra pollution control Board
• 7. Co-ordination with site personal to ensure the compliance of EC & consent conditions.
• 8. Co-ordinate with MPCB officials for site visits required for CTE & CTO.
• 9. Submission of Environment statement (Form V) to MPCB.
• 10. To attend the MPCB officials for site visits as and when required.
