JioStar India Private Limited is seeking a media analytics professional to lead cross-functional problem solving and platform strategy in India. This role involves building POVs on media consumption, comparing TV with digital, and driving data-driven GTM storytelling across Sales, GTM and Product.
The candidate will own strategic projects, develop dashboards, and present insights to senior leadership to influence decisions at multiple levels of the organization.
Leads cross-functional problem solving and platform strategy. Operates with high autonomy and drives organization-wide understanding of TV delivery, competitive dynamics and TV + Digital market interplay.
Strategic KRAs Build POV on media consumption across devices & platforms in the India and position TV Compares TV vs Digital using first-principles media delivery Establishes thought leadership based on platform analytics and GTM storytelling Owns cross-functional strategic projects and solves ambiguous, high-impact analytical challenges. Operational KRAs Reviews and refining data led GTM narratives for accuracy and strategic use Architects analytics dashboards used across Sales, GTM and Product Presents insights to senior leadership and drives decisions at channel/cluster/network levels

Deep BARC, 3rd party media delivery measurement understanding Deep expertise in media maths, digital currencies, cross-screen delivery Strong problem-solving across ambiguous issues Influences senior stakeholders with clarity and data Builds frameworks, not just analyses – first principles-based media ecosystem understanding
MBA with 2-4 years in media analytics, planning or revenue strategy roles within broadcasters/media publishers. Expert in BARC, TV measurement, cross-media modelling and portfolio-level analysis.
