Candidate should have 12–15 years in industrial electrical maintenance, with a Diploma/B.E. in EEE and a preference for Electrical Supervisor/C-License.

Qualifications

12–15 years of electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Diploma or BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Electrical Supervisor / C-License preferred.
Experience with SAP PM/MM is required.
Knowledge of HT/LT distribution, PLC/automation.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance.
Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing machines and plant utilities.
Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, VFD, automation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Manage HT/LT electrical installations, DG sets, compressors, cooling towers, and solar systems.
Lead machine installation, commissioning, relocation, and modification projects.
Maintain maintenance records and reports via SAP PM/MM.
Monitor equipment performance through MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance cost analysis.
Ensure compliance with EHS, IMS, ISO standards.
Lead maintenance technicians and allocate manpower for daily, weekly, and shutdown activities.
Implement TPM, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke, and energy conservation projects.
Coordinate with production, quality, and cross-functional teams to improve machine reliability.

Position:-

Assistant Manager - Electrical Maintenance

Candidates with experience in the Pipe Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.

Position Summary :-

Responsible for planning, executing, and improving electrical maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime, reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. The role involves maintenance of manufacturing equipment, utilities, HT/LT systems, automation systems, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing machines and plant utilities.
Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, VFD, automation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Manage HT/LT electrical installations, DG sets, compressors, cooling towers, and solar power systems.
Lead machine installation, commissioning, relocation, and modification projects.
Maintain maintenance records, calibration schedules, history cards, and reports through SAP PM/MM.
Monitor equipment performance through MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance cost analysis.
Ensure compliance with EHS, IMS, ISO, and statutory requirements.
Lead maintenance technicians and allocate manpower for daily, weekly, and shutdown activities.
Implement TPM, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke, and energy conservation projects.
Coordinate with production, quality, and cross-functional teams to improve machine reliability and productivity.
Maintain critical spare inventory and optimize maintenance costs.
