Job summary

Omega Healthcare is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager E&M OP Coding to lead outpatient coding operations in Chennai and Bangalore. The role requires 8–14 years of E&M OP coding experience and a mandatory coding certification.

You will oversee end-to-end coding delivery, ensure SLA adherence, drive improvements, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders. Mentoring the team and managing transitions will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

Any Coding Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end E&M outpatient coding operations and delivery.
Ensure SLA adherence, productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and team performance.
Handle client communication and stakeholder coordination.
Support audits, compliance, and quality governance.
Mentor and develop team members.
Manage transitions, ramp-ups, and new implementations.
