Job summary

A company in the engineering design sector is seeking a professional to manage design processes and documentation efficiently. The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements and translate them into precise design targets using tools like Pro-E, MathCAD, and Pro Mechanical. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing 3D CAD data, maintaining engineering change notes, and collaborating within a team of designers. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality design outputs and adherence to project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Understanding customer requirements and translating them into design targets.
• Experience in design concepts and coordinating with designers.
• Knowledge of DFMEA and engineering change management.
• Knowledge of maintaining engineering change notes and tracking changes proposed by customer at various phases of the project life cycle.
• Working on design process and documentation as adhered by the Design Team.
• Creating, checking and reviewing of 3D CAD data and detail drawings (Pro-E, MathCAD, Pro Mechanical).

Responsibilities

• Create and review 3D CAD data and detail drawings.
• Ensure design processes and documentation are efficient.
• Apply and monitor DFMEA processes.
• Maintain engineering change notes and track customer changes across project phases.
• Develop and review 3D CAD data and drawings using Pro-E, MathCAD, and Pro Mechanical.

• Knowledge and working on DFMEA.
• Knowledge of maintaining engineering change note and tracking all changes proposed by customer at various phases of the project life cycle.
• Working expertise on design process, documentation are efficient as adhered by Design Team.
