Job summary

Allen Classroom is seeking an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Quality to drive quality excellence across BD, counselling, and support operations in your zone. You will improve conversion quality, customer experience, and process adherence using Allen’s systems and culture.

You will lead QA audits, calibrations, dashboards, and coaching, ensuring policy compliance and sustained performance across pan-India teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in QA / Training / Sales Quality.
• Experience in high-volume sales or counselling environments (EdTech, BFSI, Retail, BPO, CX).
• Strong understanding of customer journey / conversion funnel (lead admission/sale).
• Excellent email writing and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive).
• Willingness to travel pan-India and relocate.
• Proficiency in vernacular languages for South and Bengali zones.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between zonal teams and QM, vendors, ensuring QA framework and audit adherence.
• Monitor and audit BD, counselling, and support interactions (calls, walk-ins, follow-ups).
• Generate TNA and share insights with training team.
• Ensure adherence to counselling frameworks, scripts, and SOPs.
• Identify gaps in conversion journeys and recommend improvements.
• Conduct calibration sessions with BD, Operations, counselling & training teams.
• Drive coaching interventions based on QA insights.
• Publish weekly/monthly QA dashboards and insights.
• Ensure compliance with admission policies and documentation standards.
• Conduct dip checks, audits, and post-training assessments for sustained performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between zonal teams and QM, vendor(s), ensuring consistent QA framework and audit adherence
• Monitor and audit BD, counselling, and support interactions (calls, walk-ins, follow-ups)
• Generate TNA and share insights with the training team
• Ensure adherence to defined counselling frameworks, scripts, and SOPs
• Identify gaps in conversion journeys and recommend actionable improvements
• Conduct calibration sessions with BD, Operations, counselling & training teams

Screening Criteria - New Hire
