• Design and development of advanced composite products from concept to commercialization.
• Select materials, perform structural analysis, and optimize manufacturing: autoclave molding, resin infusion, RTM.
• Apply resin systems, adhesives, fibers, prepregs in applications.
• Develop and implement efficient, quality-driven manufacturing processes.
• Test and validate composites to ensure conformity with international standards.
• Support R&D in composites, processes, and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for innovative, cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100 and related quality standards.

Job description

• Contribute to the design and development of advanced composite products, supporting projects from concept to commercialization.
• Support material selection, structural analysis, and optimization of manufacturing processes (e.g., autoclave molding, resin infusion, RTM).
• Apply knowledge of resin systems (Phenolic, Epoxy, etc.), adhesives, fibers, prepregs, and their applications.
• Assist in developing and implementing efficient and quality-driven manufacturing processes.
• Participate in testing and validation of composite products, ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Support R&D initiatives in composite materials, processes, and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and other applicable quality standards.
