Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an experienced maintenance professional for MAXXIMO BIW operations. You will ensure reliable operation of presses, EOT cranes, CNC equipment and related utilities, driving root cause analysis and TPM improvements across the line.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of industry experience in automotive maintenance and hold a B.E. degree, with a strong focus on quality tools, process improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of industry experience, automotive preferred.
• Engineering degree required (B.E.).
• Experience with maintenance of presses, cranes, and various utilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MAXXIMO BIW equipment and presses.
• Troubleshoot mechanical power presses and EOT cranes.
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems on presses.
• Check parallelism and perpendicularity of presses.
• Monitor statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
• Track PM uptime, MTTR and MTBF for try-out, spotters, CNC machines.
• Manage uptime of utilities like overhead cranes, DG sets, compressors, and forklifts.
• Plan, control and monitor spares.
• Implement TPM PM Pillar activities.

AM/DM-Maintenance MAXXIMO BIW Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Knowledge of Analytical QC Tools, ISO, Kaizens, VSM, QC Story, MFMEA, CBM, TBM and Root Cause Analysis
• Troubleshooting of Mechanical power Presses, EOT cranes
• Knowledge and Skill to repair Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems on Presses
• Checking and Correcting Parallelism and Perpendicularity of Presses
• Monitoring Statutory, Regulatory and Legal Requirements
• P.M. Uptime, MTTR and MTBF of Try-out and Spotting Presses
• P.M. Uptime, MTTR and MTBF of CNC Machines
• P.M. And Uptime of Utilities like Overhead Cranes, DG Sets, Compressors, and Forlifts
• Planning, Controlling and Monitoring spares
