Job summary

Three Across is seeking an experienced Data Architect & Modeller to design enterprise data models across conceptual, logical, and physical layers, and to establish governance and metadata practices. You will collaborate with architecture, analytics, and governance stakeholders to deliver scalable data platforms.

The role focuses on data integration, standards, and guidelines, ensuring data quality, security, compliance, lineage, and traceability across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 8+ years in Data Architecture, Data Modelling, or Analytics Engineering.
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms and large-scale data solutions.
• Experience working across cloud and on-premises data environments.
• Hands-on experience with data modelling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture principles and data integration patterns.
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality practices.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data architecture solutions.
• Experience working with multiple technical and business stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect & Modeller to support the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide data strategy and modern data architecture.

The role will focus on designing robust conceptual, logical, and physical data models, establishing data standards and governance practices, and supporting the development of scalable enterprise data platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in data architecture and modelling with the ability to work effectively with business, architecture, engineering, analytics, and governance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Data Modelling
• Design enterprise-wide and domain-specific data models aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Contribute to enterprise data architecture and modelling standards.

• Enable data lineage, traceability, data ownership, and system-of-record concepts.
• Support the implementation of enterprise data management practices.
• Explore and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled data management capabilities, where appropriate.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business, data strategy, architecture, engineering, analytics, and governance teams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business capabilities and data requirements.
• Communicate complex data architecture concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate discussions around data definitions, standards, modelling, and architecture.
• Work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative environments.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Modelling, or Analytics Engineering.
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms and large-scale data solutions.
• Experience working across cloud and on-premises data environments.
• Strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling.

• Experience with professional services, consulting, financial services, or other complex enterprise environments is advantageous.
• Exposure to AI-enabled data management or metadata capabilities is a plus.
