Purpose/Objective

• The purpose of this role is to drive data-driven governance, performance monitoring, and compliance reporting across key business initiatives by leveraging Power BI analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and structured programme governance.


• The incumbent will be responsible for developing insightful dashboards and management reports, tracking project progress, monitoring partner SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely closure of audit findings, and supporting group-level governance frameworks.


• The role acts as a critical link between business, technology, and external partners to provide accurate reporting, actionable insights, and effective coordination that enables informed decision-making, operational excellence, and compliance adherence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Power BI Data Analysis & Reporting Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for governance, audit, SLA, and KPI tracking.


• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models with clean, reliable, and reusable datasets.


• Create and optimize DAX measures, perform data validation, and improve report performance and usability.


• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources such as SAP, Excel, databases, and partner inputs.


• Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, clarify expectations, and drive alignment.


• Coordinate with multiple business units and functional teams to ensure timely data submission, review, and sign-off.


• Prepare clear updates and management-ready summaries for governance forums and leadership reviews.


• Project Management & Coordination Track project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items across internal teams and external partners.


• Maintain structured trackers and follow-up mechanisms to ensure visibility of progress and closure status.


• Support planning, coordination, and governance cadence for O3-related initiatives and reporting deliverables.


• Group Governance Coordination Support group-level governance initiatives by tracking KPIs, compliance metrics, reporting standards, and follow-up actions.


• Ensure adherence to defined governance frameworks, documentation standards, and review mechanisms.


• Partner SLA & KPI Tracking Monitor partner/vendor SLAs and KPIs, including service performance, uptime, response time, delivery metrics, and compliance status.


• Develop dashboards and periodic reports to measure partner performance and highlight risks, gaps, and improvement areas.


• Audit Findings Tracking & Compliance Monitor audit finding closure status and follow up with responsible stakeholders for timely remediation.


• Ensure proper documentation, evidence tracking, and management updates for audit compliance closure.
