Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Reporting Analyst with expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and governance reporting. You will design, develop, and maintain dashboards, analyze operational data, and deliver governance reports to support business decisions.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong stakeholder management, data modeling knowledge, and VBA proficiency to automate reports and drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in MIS Reporting, Business Reporting, or Governance Reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of DAX, data modeling, VBA, and dashboard development.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using data from multiple sources.
• Build data models, create DAX measures, and generate visual insights for governance and performance reporting.
• Utilize Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, VBA Macros) to analyze large datasets and automate reports.
• Gather, analyze, and report SLA and KPI performance, identify trends, perform variance analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with high accuracy.
• Conduct client governance calls, present reports, and communicate operational insights effectively.
• Prepare presentations, document Minutes of Meeting (MoM), track action items, and coordinate governance meetings.
• Support Change Management, Incident Trending, Problem Management, Service Definition, and Customer Satisfaction reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Delivery Managers, and cross-functional teams to improve reporting quality and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by automating reports and standardizing reporting processes.
• Own reporting deliverables and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Analyze operational metrics, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support governance reviews and client-facing reporting.
• Work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
