Moove seeks a skilled Assistant Manager-Customer Success to lead the driver-support team in Bengaluru. You will monitor performance, resolve issues, and act as a bridge between Onboarding, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience for driver partners.
You will develop data-driven processes, mentor staff, handle driver inquiries, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires a degree, 4+ years in customer care in fleet, and proficiency with Excel and CRM tools.

We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Assistant Manager-Customer Success at Moove. They will be charged with leading the team monitoring, supporting, and resolving driver’s issues within our Operations team and be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.
Directly reporting to our City General Manager, and closely working with our Operations Team.
