Job summary

DIAGEO India invites an Assistant Manager - Customer Marketing (Innovation) to drive consumer and trade activation across Jaipur region. You will execute outlet activation plans, enhance on-shelf visibility, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver growth.

You will manage on-ground vendors and promoters, handle PO bills, and support the field team to meet volume and distribution targets. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to shape brand moments

• Outlet Activation: Execute customer marketing and trade activation plans directly at retail and on-trade channels.
• In-Store Visibility: Drive brand visibility using POSM, merchandising, gondolas, racks, and signage.
• Market Execution: Regular market visits, outlet mapping, and joint field recees with the sales team to evaluate and finalize locations.
• Vendor & Promoter Management: Manage on-ground vendors, promoters, installation upkeep, and PO bill clearances.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with commercial sales and brand marketing teams to track performance metrics and activity calendars.
• Support sales team in achieving volume & distribution targets
• Handle documentation (POs, bills, stock tracking, etc.)

• Vendor & Promoter Management: Manage on-ground vendors, promoters, installation upkeep, and purchase order (PO) bill clearances.
