Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is seeking an analytics-focused SCM professional in Mumbai to drive demand and supply analytics, budgeting, and reporting. The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization across regions and plants.

The candidate will develop centralized trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports, collaborating with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Plants, Procurement, and Finance to ensure timely input consolidation and management review

Qualifications

• Experience in SCM analytics and dashboards.
• Strong data storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate inputs across multiple functions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate budgets and LRP inputs across regions.
• Highlight movements, gaps, and assumptions using historical data.
• Collaborate with planning, plants, procurement, and finance for input consolidation.
• Create management presentation-ready summaries.
• Forecast and report revenue across regions/plants.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory trends.
• Develop SCM dashboards and MIS reports.

Job description

• Support consolidation and analysis for Budget and LRP cycles across regions/plants.
• Compare planning inputs with historical data and highlight key movements, gaps, and assumptions.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Plants, Procurement, and Finance for timely input consolidation.
• Prepare summary views and presentations for management reviews.

Demand & Supply Analytics

• Forecast and revenue analysis/reporting across regions/plants.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory trends.
• Track Budget vs R vs C vs A and highlight key gaps/drivers.
• Support production and supply planning reviews through analytics.

Inventory Monitoring

• Monitor and analyze inventory performance across plants and regions.
• Monitor Inventory Norm vs Actual and ageing inventory.
• Support inventory optimization and gap analysis for management reviews.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare SCM dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports for management reviews.
• Develop analytical reports and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure alignment and consistency across SCM reporting.

Process Improvement

• Support automation and streamlining of reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Develop centralized trackers and improve data management practices.
