Assistant Manager - Continuous Improvement
Preference from Automotive, Engineering, Foundry, Chemical, Cement, Rubber, Pharma, Energy industries with minimum 10 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma.
Responsibilities
- Apply Texmo Business System lean tools to deploy operational excellence.
- Facilitate Strategic Planning and Strategy Deployment – Hoshin Kanri.
- Adhere to the 14 guiding principles of TBS Lean Leadership.
- Lead change at the Gemba level through structured problem‑solving techniques.
- Analyze data, use statistical tools, and conduct DMAIC to reduce variations.
- Implement Standard Work following the 8‑step process: Product Selection, Takt & target CT calculation, Capacity validation, define Current and Target state, confirm optimized SWCS, implement, sustain, review.
- Drive PULL system techniques to improve lead times.
- Plan and execute Kaizen events with measurable impacts.
- Mentor operators, SMLT leaders, white‑collar employees, VS leaders, and CFT teams.
- Use VSM & TPI methods to improve operational performance.
- Lead high‑impact projects, applying PDCA cycle for project management.
- Provide training and coaching on Lean, Six Sigma, and related tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma within automotive, engineering, foundry, chemical, cement, rubber, pharma, or energy industries.
- Proficient in DMAIC framework and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.
- Experience with TBS Business System, Hoshin Kanri, and Lean leadership principles.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement at the Gemba level.
- Project management experience, including applying PDCA.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to disseminate MIS.
