Job summary

Tata AIA Life Insurance is seeking an Assistant Manager - Compliance to support regulatory reviews, testing and assurance across pan-India operations. The role reports to the AVP - Compliance and supervises Compliance Review Testing.

The incumbent will coordinate with multiple functions to ensure adherence to evolving rules and standards. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in life insurance, familiarity with information security audits and data analysis tools, and

Qualifications

• MS Office knowledge and strong analytical skills are expected.
• Experience in internal audit, compliance reviews and testing.
• Knowledge of information security audits and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in standalone reviews of critical functions as per the Compliance Review plan.
• Verify regulatory compliances for new regulations implemented.
• Analyze IRDAI orders on peers and test compliance levels.
• Support investment compliance verification.

Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring that company s processes etc. meet the regulatory. Review of controls to comply with various regulatory requirements.

Supervises Compliance Review Testing

D Key Result Areas

Regulatory Compliance Review / Testing

• Assist in/Work on: Standalone reviews of various areas across the critical functions of the organization as per Annual Compliance Review plan
• Regulatory Compliances: Verification of compliances in place for the new regulations implemented
• Analysis of IRDAI orders on peer insurers and testing of compliance levels of the company thereof
• Investment Compliance verification

Any other time bound assignments related to regulatory compliance monitoring.
