Job summary

Kores in India seeks a finance professional to manage vendor invoices, costing, budgeting, and statutory compliance from its Pithampur location. You will prepare cash flow, track expenses, and generate Plant MIS reports, collaborating with the operations head to optimize costs.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with SAP/related software, and excellent MS Excel/data analysis skills, with a willingness to learn and drive growth across the organization.

Qualifications

Role & responsibilities

• Vendor invoice review and Booking
• Costing and variance analysis
• Monitoring the compliance of all statutory compliances including GST, TDS and so on
• Preparation of Cash Flow for the month and regular monitoring of monthly expenses
• Preparation of monthly Plant MIS Reports and presentation of exceptional reports
• Inventory Management
• Budgeting and Forecasting for the business
• Customer and Vendor reconciliation
• Customer order review
• Liasioning with the Govt department.
• Initiator for taking lead in implementation of process across the organization
• Deal with any other matters which are related to the business and need attention
• Actively participating in Operational Activity and Involvement to manage the cost with operational head and CEO

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have command over oral and written communication in English
• Should be able to deal with cloud-based accounting platform SAP & related software
• Should have willingness to learn and take initiatives for all round growth of the organization
• Should have analytical skills, data analysis, excellent MS Excel skills
