Roha Housing Finance is seeking a qualified FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a growing NBFC environment.

The role focuses on annual budgets, rolling forecasts, MIS reporting, and partnering with business heads on pricing and expansion strategies. Experience with ERP systems and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CA qualified.
• 2-5 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in housing finance, NBFC, or BFSI sector.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, NBFC/HFC operations, and funding structures.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare annual operating budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Scenario and sensitivity analysis for various funding and loan portfolio strategies.
• Monthly MIS reporting and variance analysis (AUM, disbursements, yield, cost of funds, etc).
• Analyze key business metrics.
• Assist in preparation of management presentations, investor decks, and business plans.
• Collaborate with business heads to support new product feasibility, pricing, and expansion strategies.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPIs for real-time business tracking.
• Prepare monthly branch profitability.
• Prepare IND AS working and supporting in month-end, year-end closing and reporting.
• Providing support in Internal and Statutory Audits.
• Managing other tasks required by the management from time to time.
