Job summary

Abbott India Ltd in Mumbai seeks a Compliance professional to act as the SPOC for designated Business Units, ensuring adherence to policies and SOPs. You will monitor compliance, support audits, drive awareness programs, and assist in pre-approval meetings with focus on risk assessment and documentation.

The role involves coordinating with BU's on vendor payments, validating invoices, and maintaining data integrity using MS Office tools and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant field experience.
• Education aligned to Finance, Pharmacy or related fields.
• Strong communication, analytical and risk assessment abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Compliance SPOC for designated Business Units in Abbott India Ltd.
• Ensure constant monitoring and enforcement of all applicable compliance policies as well as SOPs.
• Supports BCC SPOCS for the assigned BU’s.
• PSA honorarium: Vendor Creation, BDC File updation for Payment.
• Third Party and TTT Payments: coordinating with BUs, validating invoices and documents.
• Checking documents related to Market Development and Reimbursement expenses.
• Health Clinics: matching Vendor Data with MIS reports, validating invoices, updating agreements.
• Developed macros to send autogenerated bulk reminders for input reporting.
• Drive compliance awareness and support audits; participate in pre-approval meetings.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Act as a Compliance SPOC for designated Business Units in Abbott India Ltd


• Ensure constant monitoring and enforcement of all applicable compliance policies as well as SOPs


• Supports BCC SPOCS for the assigned BU’s.




• PSA honorarium : Vendor Creation, BDC File updation for Payment


• Third Party and TTT Payments : Coordinating with BU’s, arranging and validating invoices, supporting documents.


• Checking documents related to Market Development expenses, Reimbursement expenses, Registration etc


• Health Clinics : Matching Vendor Data with Internal MIS report of Power BI, Flagging Mismatches, Validating Invoices, Agreement Status updation, Cycle Certification, Invoice Payments and preparing Equipment Tracker


• Developed Macros files to send autogenerated Bulk Reminders for Input Reporting.




• Ensure compliance assurance in designated Business Units


• Ensure risk evaluation as well as remediation wherever applicable


• Supporting in OEC monitoring / Internal audit / External audit


• Drive communication programs to improve compliance awareness and build compliance assurance culture


• Active contributor in pre-approval meets to ensure compliance adherence


• Review & Monitor Post activity compliance adherence


• Supporting business for smooth execution of all HCP activities


• Active Participation in Monthly business reviews
