Job summary

TeamLease in Mumbai seeks an experienced Qlik Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise analytics using Qlik Sense, QlikView, and NPrinting. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Qlik data modeling expertise and is keen to learn Google Workspace tools such as AppSheet and Apps Script to support lightweight apps and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Qlik analytics
• Strong expertise in Qlik data modeling and associative principles
• Experience with NPrinting reports and set analysis
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum workflows and lightweight Google Workspace automation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance dashboards and applications using Qlik Sense and QlikView
• Build optimized data models using Qlik's associative engine for performance and scalability
• Develop and manage NPrinting reports (pixel-perfect, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML)
• Write efficient Qlik load scripts (QVD layer, incremental loads, transformations)
• Implement set analysis, advanced expressions, variables, master items and security
• Ensure performance optimization, governance, and reusability across Qlik apps
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and application enhancements
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Show willingness to learn and contribute using Google AppSheet, Apps Script, and other Google Workspace tools
• Follow documentation standards and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Qlik Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade analytics solutions using Qlik Sense, QlikView, and NPrinting . The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and cross-functional IT teams in an Agile delivery environment .

The ideal candidate is technically strong in Qlik, understands data modeling best practices, and is willing to learn and work with Google Workspace technologies such as Google AppSheet and Google Apps Script to support lightweight app development and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities
