Job summary

CA / Inter CA with 2–5 years in AIF/PMS Audit, Fund Accounting or Compliance is sought for Mumbai-based role. You will conduct statutory audits, review NAV, and assess fund accounting and management fees. Knowledge of SEBI regulations, taxation, and MS Excel is essential.

You will coordinate with clients, fund managers and custodians, supporting ITR and advance tax activities, and prepare audit reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• CA / Inter CA with 2–5 years in AIF/PMS Audit, Fund Accounting or Compliance.
• Knowledge of SEBI regulations, NAV, Taxation, MS Excel and strong analytical, communication & client handling skills.
