Key Responsibilities
- Perform valuation analysis on a variety of investments, including private capital, venture capital, and private debt.
- Design financial models for discounted cash flow, market transaction, market multiple, and option pricing analysis.
- Research clients, industries, competitors, and markets using reputed databases such as CapitalIQ.
- Prepare and present analysis results in a clear and concise manner.
- Write valuation reports and present analyses and conclusions.
- Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.
- Work with management to build and maintain client relationships.
- Identify and communicate potential engagements to management and draft engagement letters.
- Conduct site visits, if required, at various locations including infrastructure sites.
- Document work performed and maintain important files in accordance with team requirements.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
- Strong attention to detail, conscientiousness, and prioritization skills.
- Critical thinking, strong reasoning ability, and sense of logic.
- Knowledge of conducting open‑ended secondary research to garner industry‑specific insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
