Job summary

Anaptyss in Noida is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee US banking operations in Customer Asset Management, focusing on Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Investor Claims, and Loss Mitigation. This role requires eligibility to work in the designated US-aligned night shift.

You will lead a team, monitor SLA, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with US banking regulations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US mortgage operations including Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Investor Claims and Loss Mitigation.
• Experience in team management, performance monitoring and escalation handling.
• Willingness to work from Noida office in the designated US-aligned shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, ensuring SLA adherence, productivity, quality, and compliance.
• Oversee bankruptcy cases, including Chapter7/13, Proof of Claim, and post-discharge activities.
• Manage foreclosure workflows, default setup, documentation, investor timelines, and post-sale reporting.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve operational targets.
• Handle complex cases, escalations, exceptions, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, and client stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Location: Noida Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: 3:30PM – 12:30 AM IST (This is a US-based process, so flexibility to work in night shifts is required.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to manage US banking operations in Customer AssetManagement (CAM), specializing in Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Investor Claims, and Loss Mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, ensuringSLA adherence, productivity, quality, and compliance.
• Oversee bankruptcy cases, including Chapter7/13, Proof of Claim, and post-discharge activities.
• Manage foreclosure workflows, default setup, documentation, investortimelines, and post-sale reporting.
• Lead, coach,and mentor team members to achieve operational targets.
• Handle complexcases, escalations, exceptions, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, and client stakeholders to drive processimprovements.
• Ensure adherence to US bankingregulations, client policies,and internal controls.

Required Skills & Experience

Preferred Experience

Prior experience as a Team Lead, SME, or AssistantManager in US mortgage servicing or banking operations.

2–4 years of team-lead or people-management experience. Qualification: · Graduate or Equivalent
