Job summary

MSKA & Associates in India seeks a Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of experience in Assurance. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and the ability to navigate Ind AS engagements, with leadership to guide engagement teams and communicate effectively with clients and senior management.

The candidate should be capable of building relationships with clients, preparing pitches for new mandates and travel as required to service engagements across India and abroad.

Qualifications

• Must have an excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP with working knowledge of differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels within an organization and Assurance Committee Meetings.
• Strong leadership skills to lead and manage engagement teams and coach juniors.
• Be willing to travel within India or abroad.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying client opportunities and pitching for new mandates.
• Work closely with Partners to build client relationships.
• Apply relevant accounting standards and independently execute Ind AS engagements.
• Coordinate and supervise engagement teams to ensure timely delivery under deadlines.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends.
