Job summary

ReNew seeks a Senior Process Engineer with 9-14 years of experience in Green Hydrogen, Green Ammonia, E-Methanol, and related areas to join our Gurugram team.

You will lead process engineering activities across PDP, CDP, FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, commissioning, and startup phases, developing PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment datasheets while evaluating electrolysers and renewable energy integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 9-14 years of experience in process design, engineering, operations, or project execution.
• Strong proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, hydraulic analysis, and relief load calculation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities across PDP, CDP, FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, Commissioning & Start-up projects.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, process simulations, equipment datasheets, and design calculations.
• Evaluate and integrate electrolysers, green hydrogen, green ammonia, E-Methanol, E-SAF, and renewable energy systems.
• Conduct HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, risk assessments, relief system design, and safety studies.
• Support technology selection, process optimization, CAPEX estimation, and value engineering initiatives.
• Lead technical reviews, mentor engineering teams, and ensure high-quality project deliverables.

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer with 9-14 years of experience in Green Hydrogen, Green Ammonia, E-Methanol, E-Ethanol, SAF, Ammonia/Urea Plants, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals to join our growing team in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Process Engineering activities across PDP, CDP, FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, Commissioning & Start-up projects.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, process simulations, equipment datasheets, and design calculations.
