The selected candidate will lead the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) team, manage project execution activities, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure smooth construction operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage the Electrical & Instrumentation team
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
• Handle manpower planning, shift management, and performance reviews

Project Execution

• Manage E&I-related construction and project execution activities
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and resource utilization
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones

Client & Stakeholder Management
