Job summary

Accor is seeking an experienced Outlet Supervisor in Jaipur to oversee all activities of the assigned F&B outlet and ensure seamless guest service. You will coordinate with all departments to maintain productivity, supervise staff, handle customer feedback, and manage cashier/bar operations in line with company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to sanitation and safety standards in accordance with F&B regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall activities of the assigned outlet.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure productivity and guest service.
• Monitor service flow in the outlet and ensure timely task completion.
• Address management on issues affecting hotel interests.
• Conduct daily briefings for clear information sharing.
• Maintain logbooks and update notices for department communication.
• Build relationships with guests and guests' preferences for personalized service.
• Handle guest complaints tactfully and efficiently.
• Oversee cashier/bar administration and company policies.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation per F&B rules and regulations.
• Ensure knowledge of all food & beverage services and offerings.
• Ensure health, safety and security procedures are in place.
• Attend briefings, meetings and trainings and handover to the next shift.
• Support other outlets during peak times.

• Responsible for overall supervision, planning, controlling and coordination of all activities of the assigned outlet.
• Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all department to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
• Monitor and supervise service flow in the assigned outlet.
• Any matter which may effect the interests of hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.
• Conduct departmental daily briefings to ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members.
• Supervise team members to ensure that all tasks assigned/required in the outlet are carried out on time and according to instruction and departmental standards.
• Build a good relationship with guests or regular patrons. Try to remember individual patron’s names and their preferences to extend a personalized service.
• Handle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently.
• Handle all administration work pertaining to cashier/bar operation requirement and company’s policies.
• Maintain department communication logbook and updated notice board.
• Check the supply of equipment/stock level and ensure that there is no shortage of items which have impact on the operation and guests.
• Check the outlet/back of the house cleanliness to ensure that it is in compliant with F&B sanitation and hygiene rules and regulations.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features.
• Ensure that health, safety and security procedures are in place in the outlet.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
• Perform proper handover and communication to the next shift.
• Assist other food & beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when required
