• Performance Management: Identify efficiency opportunities with operations, track KPIs, and deliver savings.
• Technology Enablement: Use SAP, Power BI and analytics to improve reporting accuracy.

Job Description

• Cost Control & Budgeting: Drive factory cost management through detailed analysis of production costs, variance tracking, and adherence to annual budgets. Finance Business Partner, responsible for forecasting, tracking, and reporting an annual spend of approximately Rs. 500 Cr across 20 sites (both own and 2P/3P). The role ensures adherence to compliance and controls, supports statutory audit requirements, manages cost actualization and payments, and partners with the business to deliver targeted savings.
• Compliance & Controls: Maintain strong internal controls at the factory in all areas like- inventory, assets, gate movements, segregation of duties, etc and ensure audit readiness.
• Performance Management: Partner with operations to identify efficiency opportunities, track KPIs, and deliver savings initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
• Technology Enablement: Leverage tools like SAP, Power BI, and advanced analytics to improve process hygiene and reporting accuracy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and central finance teams to align factory performance with business objectives and work closely to identify optimisation opportunities.
