Job summary

Flowserve India Controls is seeking an Assistant Engineer to support our engineering team with day-to-day operations, project execution, and documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure across engineering functions and a clear path for growth in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate is early in their career, holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil engineering, and is eager to learn, with basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil or relevant discipline)
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of engineering tools and software (AutoCAD/MS Office)

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in design, planning, and execution of engineering projects
• Support preparation of technical drawings, reports, and specifications
• Conduct site visits/inspections as required and report findings
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and equipment
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and proposing solutions
