EY is seeking a senior AI engineering leader to define enterprise AI architectures, set engineering standards, and guide architecture decisions across programs and client engagements.

You will drive AI capability development, champion adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies, and establish governance frameworks for responsible AI practices, while contributing to GTM initiatives and thought leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in AI engineering, architecture, or advanced technology consulting in a Consulting firm.
• Proven experience leading complex AI transformation and architecture initiatives.
• Strong track record of driving innovation and technology adoption.
• Must be in a People Manager role for 3-4 years.
