Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead transmission line design, ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will coordinate design activities and mentor junior engineers.

You will work with cross-functional teams, perform site visits, analyze data, and present technical reports to management and clients. Proficiency in CAD tools like AutoCAD or MicroStation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in transmission line design and development.
• Strong knowledge of power systems, transmission networks, and electrical engineering principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills; team-oriented.
