Job summary

Fluidscapes Consultants in Mumbai is seeking an experienced live production professional to manage on-site crew and ensure flawless event execution. You will coordinate teams, oversee streaming workflows, and maintain high-quality broadcasts in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in streaming protocols, cloud storage, transcoding pipelines, and tools such as OBS, vMix, Red5/Wowza is required. Strong communication and willingness to travel for events are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of crew management experience in a live production environment.
• Solid understanding of LIVE streaming processes and protocols.
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies and video transcoding workflows.
• Proficient with OBS, vMix, and streaming servers like Red5 or Wowza.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work long hours and travel for events.

Job description

• Knowledge of streaming media protocols: HTTP Live Streaming (HLS), DASH, RTMP, RTSP, etc.
• Solid understanding of the LIVE streaming process and a good knowledge.
• Working Knowledge of Cloud Technologies like S3 NetStorage, computer, etc.
• Working Knowledge of Video Transcoding using tools like LiveU, and AWS Elastic Transcoder.
• Working Knowledge of OBS,vMix etc.
• Knowledge of Media Codec frameworks.
• Working Knowledge of media Streaming servers like Red5, Wowza, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in tackling challenges revolving around video processing (Transcoding,Packaging).
• Tuning high-performance video applications for latency and cost Excellent scripting experience preferred (Python,Bash).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills Should have the ability to stay focused and prioritise a heavy workload while achieving an extraordinary quality.
• Should have excellent judgement and integrity with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

Job Requirement
