You will supervise customer service processes, manage cash and treasury tasks, and uphold AML/KYC standards for new accounts while coordinating with teams to resolve issues within defined timelines.

• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
