Job description

The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in achieving branch-level business, operational, compliance, portfolio quality, and customer service objectives.

The role primarily serves as the branchs senior gold appraisal authority, while also supervising day-to-day branch operations, sales execution, employee productivity, regulatory compliance, reporting, and gold custody controls. The role ensures accurate valuation of pledged gold, smooth functioning of the ground team, timely completion of branch activities, and adherence to the Companys risk and governance framework.
