Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in HRM as required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching/industry experience for Assistant Professor.
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience for Associate Professor.
• At least one candidate should have registered for a Ph.D. under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, case studies, simulations, and practical sessions in HRM.
• Teach courses including HRM, Strategic HRM, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Labour Laws, HR Analytics, Learning & Development, Leadership & Organizational Development, International HRM, Change Management.
• Develop and update course content, lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Adopt innovative, student-centric teaching methods and industry projects.
• Mentor students on projects, dissertations, internships, and research activities.
• Conduct research and publish in national and international journals; develop funded projects and participate in conferences.

• Contribute to curriculum development and periodic revision of HR programmes in accordance with applicable academic and regulatory standards.
• Guide students in developing practical HR skills and understanding current industry practices.

Required Qualifications

~ For Assistant Professor:

• Ph.D., Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience.

~ For Associate Professor:

• Ph.D., Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience in a University/College/recognized research institution or equivalent, subject to applicable regulatory norms.
• At least one candidate should have registered for a Ph.D. under your supervision/guidance.
• Minimum 7 research publications.
