Job summary

Amneal India is seeking personnel to join the aseptic production team. The role focuses on attending scheduled training and performing work within the aseptic area according to TNI guidelines.

You will manage maintenance, cleaning, line clearance, and operation of vial filling and capping machines to ensure compliant production. The candidate must maintain hygiene, document activities per SOP, report issues promptly, and follow cGMP and Good Documentation practices to support safe, high-quality

Responsibilities

• Attend training as per schedule
• Ensure work in aseptic area as per TNI
• Follow preventive maintenance schedule for machines, instruments, and area equipment
• Ensure cleaning and sanitization of machines, instruments, equipment, and area
• Perform line clearance before operations; CIP and SIP of Filtration Vessel
• Operate Vial Filling Machine and Vial Capping Machine
• Inform supervisor immediately of any observation or disturbance in aseptic area
• Maintain self-hygiene and cleaning & sanitization; follow SOPs and document area activities
• Fill the area log as per SOP and work execution
• Ensure UAF working in area
• Adhere to cGMP, Good Documentation Practice and discipline in the department

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to attend the training as per schedule and to ensure the training and work as per TNI.
• Responsible to perform and monitoring all the activities related to Aseptic area.
• Responsible to follow the preventive maintenance schedule of machines, instruments and equipment’s of area.
• Responsible to ensure the cleaning and sanitization of machines, instruments and equipment’s and area.
• Responsible for line clearance activity before commencing the operations, CIP and SIP of Filtration Vessel
• Responsible to operate the machines :Vial Filling Machine, Vial Capping Machine.
• Inform immediately to concern supervisor for any observation/disturbance found in the aseptic area.
• Responsible to update on self-hygiene, cleaning & sanitization of area, follow SOPs, filled the document, of area.
• Responsible to fill the log of area as per SOP and work execution.
• Responsible to ensure UAF working in area.
• To follow the cGMP, Good Document Practice and discipline in the department
