Job summary

Amneal India is seeking an experienced operator for aseptic area activities in the Ground Floor Microsphere Parenteral Unit -I. The role covers aseptic batch manufacturing, filtration, filling, and related equipment operations in three shifts, ensuring compliance and clean processes.

Candidates will be responsible for entering data into records and logbooks, performing autoclave operations, and maintaining cleanliness and sterile conditions to support smooth manufacturing operations.

• Experienced operator is required to perform above mentioned activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate aseptic filling and equipment, area cleaning, and related activities in three shifts.
• Enter entries in records and logbooks for aseptic manufacturing; operate autoclave as needed.

Job description

Replacement is required to perform Aseptic area activities i.e., Aseptic batch mfg., Filtration, filling
activities, Operation of manufacturing /Filtration vessels CIP and area cleaning activity in aseptic area on
Ground Floor Microsphere Parenteral Unit -I. Considering commercial batches and media fill and routine
activities on floor manpower is required for smooth operation.

Operator of Aseptic area filling, Equipment operation, area cleaning and other operation activities are carried
out in all three shifts. To make entry into all the records and logbooks related to aseptic manufacturing,
autoclave of equipment’s. Experienced operator is required to perform above mentioned activities. Hence
responsibility cannot be assigned to existing employee.
