Job summary

Shri Vibracion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Chakan, Pune is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial activities. You will handle data entry, vouchers, invoices, and records with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a commerce/finance degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime or Zoho. A bike with license is preferred and you will work on site in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and data entry.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.
• Support AP/AR processes and vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accounting records and documentation.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
• Handle petty cash and cash book maintenance.
• Coordinate with departments for expense approvals.
• Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned.
• Interact with banks for cheque deposits and document queries.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

Job Type: Full Time

Job Location: Chakan, Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, bookkeeping, and record maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.
• Support in accounts payable & receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/supplier accounts.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Support senior accountants during audits and compliance checks.
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain cash books.
• Coordinate with internal departments for expense management and approvals.
• Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the management.
• Handle the bank regarding work also. (Cheque deposit and other documents query)
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally Prime / Zoho).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience / Requirements
