Job summary

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. is seeking a finance professional with semi-qualified CA/Inter CA/CMA Inter or MBA Finance to manage end-to-end accounting and statutory compliances for real estate operations. The role involves GST, TDS, income tax, audit coordination, and preparation of financial statements.

The candidate will oversee vendor payments, cash flow, and budgeting reports while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal policies. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Semi-qualified CA/Inter CA/CMA Inter/MBA Finance required.

Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
• Managing GST, TDS, Income Tax, PT, and statutory compliances.
• Preparation and finalization of financial statements and audit schedules.
• Coordination with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and fund flow.
• Preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budgeting reports.
• Ledger scrutiny, balance sheet reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Handling vendor payments and reconciliation.
• Working on ERP/accounting software and Excel reporting.
