Job summary

Modern Road Makers in Kota, Rajasthan is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day operations, handle AP/AR/GL, and ensure accurate financial records for construction projects. The role requires SAP experience, GST/TDS compliance, and strong Excel-based analysis.

You will coordinate with stakeholders and contribute to monthly and yearly closings. The ideal candidate has construction industry experience, solid accounting knowledge, and proficiency in financial reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vendor bills, subcontractor payments, employee reimbursements, and statutory payments..


• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and project-wise accounts.


• Monitor project expenses, budget utilization, and cost tracking.


• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.


• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.


• Coordinate with different stakeholders.


• Generate MIS reports and management dashboards.


• Maintain accounting records and documentation in SAP.


• Previous experience in accounting from construction industry will be preferred.
