Job summary

HCIN Projects Pvt. Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance to independently handle end-to-end accounting, financial operations, taxation, compliance and financial reporting.

The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory requirements and financial management, with responsibilities spanning month-end closures, budgeting, cash flow management, and liaising with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in finance or commerce with relevant qualifications.
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in accounts & finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP/SAP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting including sales, purchases, banking, ledgers and general accounting.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with statutory compliance, GST/TDS returns and tax calculations.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance to independently handle end-to-end accounting, financial operations, taxation, compliance and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory requirements and financial management.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting, including sales, purchase, banking, ledger and general accounting.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, P&L, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances.
• Handle GST returns, TDS returns, tax calculations and reconciliations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow statements and financial forecasts.
• Monitor daily cash flow, fund utilisation and banking transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory and tax audits.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
• Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 6 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP / SAP and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of finalisation of accounts, audit and financial reporting.
• Notice Period - Immediate or 15 days

Salary: As per experience and suitability.
