• Coordinate concurrent proposal projects across global inputs to meet deadlines.
• Curate a centralized library of current content including investment strategy descriptions and disclosures.
• Validate data and formatting to quickly identify and resolve quality issues before delivery.
• Communicate clearly with multiple product groups and regional partners through the proposal lifecycle.
• Enhance the workflow by supporting standardized templates, best practices, and automation tools.

As a Requests for Proposal Analyst in the Emerging Markets Equity Team, you create and deliver high-quality client proposal content that clearly articulates the firm’s value and commitments. You partner with global stakeholders across sales, client service, product specialists, investment specialists, and portfolio teams to gather, validate, and maintain accurate information. You help strengthen the proposal process through standardization and continuous improvement while working across multiple priorities and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft Requests for Proposal and Requests for Information responses for institutional and wholesale clients and prospects with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate concurrent proposal projects, aligning inputs across global internal teams to meet strict deadlines
• Curate a centralized library of current content, including investment strategy descriptions, performance information, compliance details, and legal disclosures
• Validate data and formatting to quickly identify and resolve quality issues before delivery
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with multiple product groups and regional partners throughout the proposal lifecycle
• Enhance the proposal workflow by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the adoption of standardized templates, best practices, and automation tools

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Hold a post-graduate degree
• Bring 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the asset management industry
• Demonstrate awareness of business risk and compliance procedures
• Manage competing priorities across immediate and short-term deliverables
• Use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Operate content management systems and proposal automation tools, where applicable
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with stakeholders across regions
• Maintain a strong work ethic and positive, collaborative approach

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Demonstrate understanding of the asset management business, asset classes, and investment products
• Evidence experience writing or contributing to Requests for Proposal responses, ideally in asset management
• Gain broad knowledge of assigned J.P. Morgan Asset Management investment products to support timely, accurate responses
• Exhibit financial market awareness and understanding of fund-related concepts
• Hold Chartered Financial Analyst Level I
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
