Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Asset Management Data Warehouse platform with ongoing business support.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify value-adding innovations.
  • Provide deep knowledge of data warehouse functionality to stakeholders.
  • Participate in workshops, planning, and delivery lifecycle activities.
  • Analyze data architectures to understand data flows and implement management techniques.
  • Execute data wrangling, UATs, bulk uploads, and monitor data feeds.
  • Plan oversight and control of data sources and applications (e.g., CRM).
  • Oversee data models and enforce data acquisition/modification policies.
  • Implement data quality controls and translate requirements into specs.
  • Manage releases and partner with Tech/vendors through design, build, test, implementation.

As a “Data Management Professional ” within our dynamic team you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Asset Management Data Warehouse platform with ongoing business support and process engineering initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot issues using critical thinking and identify innovations that add value to the business and team.
  • Provide deep knowledge of application/data warehouse functionality and requirements across stakeholders.
  • Participate in workshops, planning, and execution activities across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Analyze data architectures to understand data flows and implement effective data management techniques.
  • Execute data wrangling, UATs, bulk uploads, and monitoring/reconciliation of data feeds to ensure smooth system transitions.
  • Plan oversight and control management and use of data and data-related sources/applications (e.g., CRM systems and other client data applications).
  • Oversee conceptual, logical, and physical data models that conform to standards and conventions.
  • Establish and enforce policies for data acquisition, rationalization, maintenance, and modifications for internal and external data sources.
  • Implement proactive data quality controls to address inconsistencies/discrepancies and eliminate root causes.
  • Translate system/business requirements into specifications and design documents, manage releases to enhance solutions, and partner with Technology/vendors through design, build, test, and implementation.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Data Management (or similar) role with knowledge of sales processes.
  • Demonstrate experience with databases and data analysis software.
  • Apply proficiency in SQL, Python, BO, and Alteryx.
  • Analyze large datasets, summarize findings, and recommend feasible solutions.
  • Explain complex ideas and methods clearly to business partners.
  • Bring a strong academic background with established analytical, programming, and technical skills.
  • Maintain high attention to detail.
  • Work with an industry-recognized Customer Relationship Management platform.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Hold an MBA (Finance) or Engineering background.
  • Possess certifications in Customer Relationship Management, Data Management, and/or Business Intelligence.
  • Bring experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Understand the Asset Management business (Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Managed Accounts, and/or Separate Accounts).
  • Demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented problem-solving approach that adds value to existing functions..
