Job summary

Devyani International in Gurugram seeks an analytical Program Manager for Asset Management (Analytics & Automation). You will strengthen the function through data analytics, financial modelling, market intelligence and automation.

The role includes building market intelligence models for rental benchmarking, developing cost-saving financial models, and driving automation using Power BI and Advanced Excel to deliver dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of PM, analytics or real estate analytics.
• Strong data analysis and financial modelling experience.
• Hands-on Excel & Power BI; SQL is a plus.
• Experience in Real Estate, Asset Management, Retail, QSR or Hospitality preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop market intelligence models for rental benchmarking, escalation analysis and site economics.
• Build financial models to identify cost optimisation and rental savings opportunities.
• Analyse lease and market data to support renewals, relocations and real estate decisions.
• Drive cross-functional projects with Asset Management, Real Estate, Legal, Finance and Operations teams.
• Improve workflows, governance mechanisms, SLAs and issue resolution processes.
• Develop real-time tracking for compliance gaps, landlord issues and lease renewals.
• Drive automation of manual trackers and processes using Power BI, Advanced Excel and other digital tools.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS and analytical insights for leadership.

Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical and execution-focused Program Manager to strengthen the Asset Management function through data analytics, financial modelling, market intelligence, process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop market intelligence models for rental benchmarking, escalation analysis and site economics.
• Build financial models to identify cost optimisation and rental savings opportunities.
• Analyse lease and market data to support renewals, relocations and real estate decisions.
