Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bengaluru seeks an experienced professional to lead energy analytics and facilities management asset optimization across campuses. You will supervise teams, benchmark energy and utility assets, and drive cost-effective improvements with robust reporting.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, RCA, and publication of monthly and annual scorecards aligned with client standards. On-site work in Bengaluru with regular project coordination.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in FM asset management, campus management, energy analytics, building performance or RCA/benchmarking work across HVAC, electrical and utility assets.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical and utility assets.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Experience applying energy performance metrics and building performance benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Team supervision and resource management.
• Analyze and benchmark energy, water, HVAC, UPS, solar, data center, STP/WTP and utility assets across all locations.
• Track EPI, per-capita energy and water, PUE, HVAC efficiency (kW/TR), UPS loading, solar performance (PR, specific yield) and water metrics.
• Benchmark against standards, industry benchmarks, design specifications and historical trends.
• Run root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions covering energy, water, reliability, maintenance and cost (ECMs).
• Build campus and PAN India scorecards, and track improvement initiatives and savings realization (M&V).
• Consolidate, validate, automate and publish monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports and dashboards.
• Maintain report repositories, validation logs and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with different site location teams and L1 engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification: B.E (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Building Science, Data Analytics) Experience: 5 - 8 years in FM asset management, campus management, energy analytics, building performance or with demonstrated RCA and benchmarking work across HVAC, electrical and utility assets.
