Job summary

Altraize is seeking skilled Assembly Technicians – Electrical in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in electrical assembly, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires reading electrical drawings, performing cable termination, crimping, soldering, and basic electrical testing, while maintaining 5S and safety practices in a manufacturing environment; shifts are included.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Electrical Assembly / Electrical Manufacturing / Panel Wiring.
• ITI Electrical / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical components and wiring; ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and panels as per drawings and work instructions.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Perform cable cutting, crimping, termination, routing, and connector assembly.
• Conduct basic electrical testing and troubleshoot assembled components.
• Use electrical hand tools safely and effectively and follow 5S, safety, quality standards.
• Maintain production targets and ensure assemblies meet specifications.
• Maintain proper housekeeping at the workstation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical assembly and wiring as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Assemble electrical components, panels, control boxes, harnesses, and related assemblies.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Perform cable cutting, crimping, termination, routing, and connector assembly.
• Conduct basic electrical testing and troubleshooting of assembled components.
• Use electrical and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Identify and rectify assembly defects and wiring issues.
• Perform in-process quality checks and ensure assemblies meet specifications.
• Maintain production targets and follow standard operating procedures.
• Follow 5S, safety, quality, and production standards.
• Maintain proper housekeeping at the workstation.

Required Skills
