The Hartford is seeking a Sr. TBM Administrator to join the Tech Strategy & Enablement team in Hyderabad, India. You will implement and maintain ApptioOne Cost Transparency, support capitalization processes, and drive IT financial management across the CIO organization.

Responsibilities include configuring Apptio modules, delivering TBM dashboards, and integrating data from GL, CMDB, and cloud platforms. This role requires hands-on Apptio TBM expertise and strong financial acumen.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, engineering or related field.
• Apptio TBM Certification (Apptio Certified Practitioner for ApptioOne).
• 4–6 years hands-on Apptio TBM/Cost Transparency with data modeling, integration, and reporting.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of IT financial management (CapEx/OpEx, depreciation).

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Apptio platform, incl. production oversight.
• Deliver prioritized Apptio reporting data sources and UI enhancements.
• Assist design/rollout for Infrastructure, Services & Business Units using cost data.
• Be Apptio TBM SME, owning model design, allocations and reporting.
• Manage data ingestion from GL, CMDB, asset mgmt, cloud feeds to Apptio.
