Job summary

Disa Consulting Services is seeking an Apptio Configuration Specialist in India, with 5+ years of experience in Apptio and TBM. The role is full-time and hybrid, with joining availability from immediate to 15 days, located in metro cities in hybrid setup.

The candidate will configure Apptio, validate financial and IT data, and manage data sources and integrations (DataLink). Strong understanding of data loads, month-end processes, and TBM Studio is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Apptio configuration and TBM concepts.
• Familiarity with IT cost management and budgeting/forecasting processes.

• Understand basic financial concepts: general ledger, budget, forecast and cost.
• Understand IT infrastructure concepts: server, storage, virtualization, software applications.
• Prepare and validate datasets for Apptio load; complete month-end data upload and remediation.
• Manage data sources and integrate with systems via DataLink or manual methods.
• Handle user access administration for Apptio modules: IT Planning, Costing Essentials, Budgeting/Forecasting, Cost Transparency, TBM Studio.

Role & responsibilities

TBM-Apptio configuration specialist.

Understanding of basic financial concepts such as general ledger, budget, forecast and cost.

General understanding of IT infrastructure concepts such as server, storage, virtualization and software applications.

Understand, validate and manipulate multiple datasets in preparation to load into the Apptio solutions(s) Complete Month End Process - data upload, validation, issue remediation.

Add/Amend data source as required Manage technical integrations to other systems, thru manual or DataLink.

Experience with Apptio tool and certification/Badges specific to below key modules:

User access administration - IT Planning , Costing Essentials, Budgeting/Forecasting - Cost Transparency , BoIT - TBM Studio.
