Job summary

TÜV SÜD in Mumbai/Pune invites an ASNT Level III NDT Specialist to lead NDT operations, audits, and personnel certification. You will develop training programs, mentor Level I & II personnel, and certify personnel against ASNT and customer standards.

Mandatory: ASNT Level III in any 5 of UT, RT, MT, PT, ET, VT, with 8–12 years in NDT, including audits and certification. You will act as a technical authority and ensure compliance with codes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit & Compliance: Conduct audits of NDT procedures and personnel; ensure adherence to ASNT, ISO, API, ASME, and customer standards; review inspection reports.
• Training & Mentorship: Develop and deliver NDT training programs; mentor Level I & II personnel; assess competency.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as technical authority for NDT methods; develop and approve procedures; support complex inspections.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and review NDT manuals, procedures, and reports for audits and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ASNT Level III certified in specified methods
