Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, at Ambattur, Chennai. The roles and responsibilities are:

Plan, organize, and deliver training programs in the industry across various NDT methods (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT, ET, PAUT, TOFD)
Develop, update, and maintain accurate and up-to-date learning materials, course content and practical exercises.
Conduct classroom sessions and provide hands-on training with NDT equipment and tools, ensuring practical application of techniques.
Evaluate and assess trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for certification exams, renewal of certificates.
Ensure trainees understand and adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and best practices for NDT methods.
Maintain, calibrate, and manage NDT equipment, as well as training specimens and test samples.
Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on advancements in NDT technology and industry standards.
Work with internal specialists, examiners, and external stakeholders to improve training quality and maintain professional standards.
Mentor and guide trainees and other NDT personnel, providing technical advice and support.
Arranging internship, counselling the student for the admission process and signing MOU with the colleges.

Salary - INR 3.5 - 4.5 Lakh/Annum
